Forwarding @hardrockers Email

FORWARDING @hardrockers EMAIL ACCOUNT

Forwarding Email from “Hardrockers” to “Mines” email account.

You must have the “mines” account set up already. Only new mail will be forwarded. Old email must be manually forwarded if you wish to keep it.  Go to http://start.mines.sdsmt.edu/ to set up your account.

1.    Log in to @hardrockers account.

2.    In the upper right hand corner of the screen select Options. Select More Options at the bottom of the drop down menu.

3.    On the next screen: Under Manage your Account, select “Forward mail to another email account”.

4.    On the next screen hit the bubble next to “Forward your mail to the following e-mail addresses”.  In the text box, type your mines account address. (i.e. john.doe@mines.sdsmt.edu)

5.    Select “Save”

6.    Now log into your “mines account”. There should be an email to verify the forwarding, open this and then open the link within. Verification will be complete then.
