INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES HELP DESK


 

 

The Help Desk is your first contact for computing assistance at SDSM&T.  The Help Desk assists students, faculty and staff with software and hardware questions and provides scheduling services for many shared resources. 

 

Try the Help Desk first when you have questions about your tablet or other technology resources. The phone number is 394-1234, stop by the Desk located on the lower level of the Devereaux Library or email for assistance.

 

Help Desk hours for the academic year are Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:50 p.m.; Sunday 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Holiday and summer hours vary according to the Library schedule.

For after hours and holiday emergencies, please call the pager at (605)394-7834.  Since this is an off-campus phone number, you need to dial the entire number to page the ITS staff member on duty.  The pager is monitored 24/7.
